Simple Shortcuts is divided into three tabs from which we can access all our apps (installed applications, activities and shortcuts). To use it we just need to find the app we want to create a shortcut for and tap on it. Immediately a menu will open from which we'll be able to perform all these functions:

Rename the shortcut.

Choose a new icon from the icon pack (if you have one installed).

Create an icon with shapes, such as hearts, circles, apples or briefcases.

Open the app's tab in the Google Play Store.

Uninstall the app.

View and share the app's information.
