Emoticon fans will absolutely love this tool. Emoji Up is a practical emoji editor for cell phones to expand your collection (they are actually stickers, but we won't get into that now).

The platform's main menu shows the various collections of existing emoticons. Getting those emoji collections is as easy as opening the tab and clicking the blue export button. However, the system offers a detailed tutorial to help use your new icons.

What is most interesting is the emoticon editor. To access it, simply click the blue button at the bottom of the start menu interface. You will see many options and accessories to add to your work divided into: base or face, mouth, eyes, glasses, accessories, hats and hands.

When you are satisfied with the result, simply click the green button and save the new emoticon in a collection. Each collection admits up to 30 emojis that can be used later in other apps to surprise your contacts.
